Included is almost everything that you need, and nothing that you don't.

In full disclosure, I was sent an early copy of this book because I run a large collaborative blog for personal trainers.
The book delivers on its promise – nothing less, and nothing more. Which is fine. There's no fluff. The methods are briefly discussed and then the program presented. I like this about the book. The author doesn't do anything to prove himself to you or pad his ego. He gets straight to it.
What's included.
• Description of the program phases.
• All workouts
• Descriptions of each exercise
• Picture of each exercise
• Link to a video of each exercise.
What's missing (and why I took off one star)
• There's no printable or easy to use workout log included. You can definitely print the entire book and fill out the log included (I attached a pic so you can see what it looks like), but it's more pages than it needs to be if you just want to track your progress.

Great value for advanced trainees, but not perfect.

It is best to treat this as a training guide or template, rather than a book. It is very short, to the point and contains a minimum of information outside the training protocol itself. That said, after reading through it twice, I anticipate that the program itself will be very helpful.
You're getting a 6 month arm training program from Poliquin, which is an absolute bargain for the asking price.
So why only three stars?
1) I was expecting a bit more "book". You're done before you know it (this may be a pro for some folks)
2) The layout gets a bit weird at times (at least when using the kindle reader for android)
3) Shameless product plugs, including links to sponsors (acceptable other formats, but kind of offensive in a purchased book)
Finally, I should note that this book is definitely targeted at the advanced trainee who is struggling with lagging arm development. In order to complete all of the exercises, specific equipment is required, as is strict observance of form, tempo, etc. As such, I can see the detail being overwhelming for the beginner/intermediate trainee.
