An honest approach

I think this is the first "how to..." business book I've read that actually has content claiming that maybe entrepreneuership is not for you based on criteria posed by the author. It was refreshing and forced me to seriously consider taking this path of risking capital and family time before comitting. But once committing, the author has your back and comments to burn the rescue boats and go full tilt into the rewarding endeavor. Just buy this book if considering to reverse the tables, take control and give your current employer the pink slip.

Very Very Basic

This was a very very basic book. It covered, very generally, the challenges of going into private practice. Structured around the financial planner, the principles will apply to any practice - and because of that, the book lacks a certain punch that industry specific resources seem to have more of. The book itself is an easy read, and I wish it were a bit more useful. All in all, there are better choices out there.
