About the Author
Gary Whetstone is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Victory Christian Fellowship in New Castle, Delaware, and Founder of Gary Whetstone Worldwide Ministries and the School of Biblical Studies. Under the leadership of Pastor Billy Joe Daugherty, Gary received his ordination from Victory Christian Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Since personally experiencing Gods miraculous deliverance and healing nearly 30 years ago, Gary has devoted his life to helping others become free. He ministers locally, nationally, and internationally in churches, seminars, and evangelistic crusades. Gifted in teaching, he provides sound, biblical instruction and practical strategy for victorious living.

Through the local outreach of Victory Christian Fellowship, which Gary pastors, God has set free hundreds of thousands of people. Having a great burden to minister to the local community, Pastor Gary and his church have launched life-changing outreaches in several areas: HIV/AIDS; substance and alcohol abuse; inner-city community outreach centers; Saturday Sidewalk Sunday School; food and clothing outreach programs; and many large evangelistic campaigns.

To date, Gary has traveled over 3,000,000 miles teaching and preaching the Gospel. He also trains and sends forth evangelism and mission teams to minister locally and internationally.

Several radio and television programs have interviewed Gary. He has authored key books, among which are The Victorious Walk, How to Identify and Remove Curses!, and his personal testimony of miraculous deliverance and healing in Conquering Your Unseen Enemies. With Littleton, Colorado, and other places of bizarre teen violence in the news, readers can have a clear view into todays mental conflicts through Conquering Your Unseen Enemies. It is a revision and update of Gary's earlier book Victory in Spiritual Warfare, previously published by Creation House.

God has gifted Gary with a strong business sense and ability, enabling him to publish a series of teachings such as Purchasing and Negotiations, Success in Business, and Millionaire Mentality, which have aired on his 14-year-long radio program "Power Impact"/"Life's Answers." Currently, "Life's Answers" reaches an audience of over four million listeners on the East Coast of the United States. Upon the completion of his Ministerial Training at Rhema Bible Training Center in 1984, Gary went on to earn his Master of Christian Ministry in June 1997. He earned his Doctorate of Religious Education in May 1999 from Chesapeake Bible College and Seminary in Ridgely, Maryland.

Gary and his family live near the church he pastors in New Castle, Delaware, and are actively involved in the local and international Whetstone ministry.

The United States Department of Defense has had the major role in all military operations involving the use of tactical herbicides, including that of Agent Orange. This included the Department's purchase, shipment and tactical use of herbicides in Vietnam, its role in the disposition of Agent Orange after Vietnam, its role in conducting long-term epidemiological investigations of the men of Operation RANCH HAND, and its sponsorship of ecological and environmental fate studies. This book was commissioned by The Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Installations and Environment) with the intent of providing documentation of the knowledge on the history, use, disposition and environmental fate of Agent Orange and its associated dioxin.

About the Author

For 40 years, Dr. Alvin L. Young has collected documents, reports, and photographs on the use, disposition, and environmental fate of Agent Orange and other tactical herbicides used in the Vietnam War.� He has published or edited four books and more than 70 peer reviewed publications, commentaries, and editorials on the herbicides (and the associated dioxin contaminant) used in Vietnam.� He completed his Ph.D. in Herbicide Physiology and Environmental Toxicology at Kansas State University in 1968.� He began his Air Force career as a Project Scientist with the United States Air Force in 1968, evaluating both the dissemination characteristics of the Air Force aircraft and the fate of the herbicides used in South Vietnam.� In his 21 years with the Air Force (obtaining the rank of Colonel), he was involved with all phases of the Agent Orange controversy, from test and evaluation of equipment to environmental fate and health impacts.� During his years as Associate Professor at the United States Air Force Academy (1971-1977), Colorado Springs, Colorado, he conducted studies on the environmental fate of TCDD including studies on the biodegredation of massive quantities of Agent Orange.

From 1977-1983, Dr. Young was affiliated with the Epidemiology Division, The School of Aerospace Medicine, Brooks AFB, Texas, and the Environmental Epidemiology Unit of the Department of Veteran Affairs, Washington, D.C.� His primary responsibilities were the documentation and establishment of exposure assessment protocols for the epidemiological studies of Vietnam Veterans.� From 1983-87, Dr. Young was assigned to the Executive Office of the President, where he provided advice to the White House�on the issues of Agent Orange and dioxins.� From 1987-1997, he was a Science Advisor for the United States Department of Agriculture.� From 1997-2001, he was the Director, Center for Risk Excellence, United States Department of Energy, Argonne, Illinois.� From 2002 through 2007 he was a Visiting Professor and Senior Fellow with the Institute for Science and Public Policy, University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma.� He currently is President, A.L. Young Consulting, Inc., Cheyenne, Wyoming.� His scientific specialty is�the use, toxicology, and human and environmental risks associated with the military herbicides used in South Vietnam, 1961-1972.

Dr. Young has traveled, lectured, attended and sponsored conferences and workshops in 32 countries speaking on issues related to Agent Orange and TCDD, ecological studies, environmental toxicology, and biotechnology.� He has served as a co-editor for four different journals and has more than 300 publications in the scientific literature.� He is currently the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal Environmental Science and Pollution Research.� He maintains a Special Collection on Agent Orange at the USDA's National Agricultural Library, Beltsville, Maryland, at http://www.nal.usda.gov/speccoll/findaids/agentorange/index.htm.

Dr Jeremy Armstrong is a lecturer in Ancient History at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. He is the author of the forthcoming Warlords and Generals: War and Society in Early Rome and co-editor of Kings Clans and Conflict: Italic Warfare in the First Millennium BC. He also contributed several entries to The Blackwell Encyclopaedia of Ancient History.

About the Author
I was born in Stamford, Texas in 1944 and shortly after moved to Meridian, Ms where I grew up. I attended Highland Elementary, Kate Griffin Jr. High, and Meridian High School and went on to four years at Livingston State Teachers College in Livingston, Ala {now called UWA}. After leaving college I entered the field of retail management with F.W. Woolworth, then Woolco, then TG& Y, then Walmart and finally Marvin's Home Center Stores. That career spanned over 30 years of my life. Early in my career {1966} I married my wife Pamela Smith Haynes from Shucktown, Ms. {that's right, she was a country girl}. We have four children - Virginia, Tammy, Susan and Asa. Unfortunately for me and particularly for my wife and family I began a downward spiral over those 30 years that led me into behaviours centered totally around the lust of my eyes, the needs of my flesh and the pride of life that turned me into a dark and depraved man, husband and father. In 1996 when my family could take it no longer, my wife asked me for a divorce and my children basically disowned me and then ordered me to get out and don’t come back. Only then did I become willing to accept how deep into depravity I had sunk. Just when I thought all was lost I met a man named Christ Jesus. He has not only saved me, saved my marriage and my family but He has literally transformed me into a totally new creation. What I once thought was the end of everything, I now know was the BEGINNING of everything. Because I am so grateful for His mercy and loving kindness I have purposed along with my wife and family to spend the rest of my days on this earth sharing the Good News with hopeless and hurting individuals and families that no matter how bad it seems - Christ can redeem it, heal it and restore it. Hence, my wife Pam and I founded Righteous Oaks Recovery Center for Men in Chunky, Ms in 2001 and Jacobs Well Recovery Center for Women in Poplarville, Ms in 2005. My Heart’s Desire is to live my life today with the assurance of my Salvation, the living proof of my transformation and a burning desire to rise from my bed every morning with only one prayer in my heart. "Lord, until you bring me home to be with you for eternity do not let one day go by that you do not place a broken hurting person in my path that I can give the same hope you have given me in Christ Jesus, Amen.
